Business audience
Coral Shark is aimed at businesses and people acting for business purposes. The current site is an informational B2B website. It is not a consumer checkout or a self-service paid ordering system.
No live checkout or paid contract
The current Phase-1 website does not offer a live checkout or payment path. Viewing the site, using a link, reading a service page or sending an ordinary enquiry does not by itself create a paid service contract.
If Coral Shark later opens paid ordering, the applicable service description, price, VAT treatment if relevant, order formation, payment, delivery, refund/remedy, liability and other commercial terms will be finalised, separately owner-accepted and presented before a customer is asked to place a paid order.
Information and outcomes
Coral Shark tries to keep its public information accurate and evidence-led, but the website is not a guarantee that a particular workflow change, automation, AI tool, saving, commercial result or implementation will be suitable for a particular business.
Any later paid work will depend on the facts, scope and evidence relevant to that business and will be governed by the terms agreed for that work.
Evidence and AI-assisted material
Coral Shark distinguishes direct evidence from estimates, calculations, inferences and unknowns. AI-assisted material may help structure or interpret information, but it is not silently treated as verified fact.
The current content-only publication does not activate OpenAI workflow analysis or another paid customer-analysis capability merely because those technologies are discussed on the website.
Customer names, logos and case studies
Working with Coral Shark does not automatically give Coral Shark permission to publish a customer’s name, logo, testimonial, identifiable workflow information or outcome as marketing or a case study. Any such publication requires separate permission.
Privacy
The Privacy notice explains how Coral Shark handles personal information, current provider activity, retention, individual rights and data-protection complaints. The Privacy notice applies independently of these website terms.
Future paid-service terms
Detailed paid-service provisions covering checkout, VAT treatment, order formation, payment, delivery commitments, refund/remedy mechanics, liability limits, excluded loss, governing law and related commercial terms are deliberately not made operative by this Phase-1 page. They will be reviewed and separately accepted before paid ordering is activated.
Changes and contact
These website terms should be updated if Coral Shark materially changes what the public website can do. A future paid capability must not be hidden behind this information-only version.
